Your Personal Real Estate Team

Hi everyone! I’m originally from Zimbabwe, but I’ve been a proud Texan for over 40 years. To me, real estate is about truly about helping individuals achieve their goals of property ownership. I believe it’s a journey in which patience is crucial.

I began my career as a nurse in Dallas, TX. I’ve worked in psychiatric nursing as well as in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. These situations taught me the importance of patience with urgency along with strong attention to detail. Although I’m not under the intense pressure of saving lives anymore, the same skills translate to helping my clients achieve their goals.

I began my real estate career in 2009 with Prudential Gary Greene. I then moved to Keller Williams in 2016. After working at two larger firms, I moved to REALM Real Estate Professionals 2018 to have more input and control on how I ran my real estate business. After countless transactions, I learned that each client is different and needs a personalized approach to their real estate needs.

My son, Rishi, approached me in late 2020 about forming a real estate team. In February 2021, The Naran Group was born. Our skill set compliments each other and allows us to have additional resources in handling multiple clients and transactions. Our journey ahead is just beginning, and we are excited for what the future holds. I always say that the biggest compliment is a referral, and we will work tirelessly to earn new business.

Hello! I was born in Dallas, TX, but I’ve been a proud Houstonian for over 30 years. I’m extremely passionate about sports, specifically Houston sports. Real estate, in my mind, is all about developing relationships to truly understand the best ways to help clients and customers alike. I’m a firm believer in treating every individual with the exact same level of respect; this translates to every decision-making process I have.

I grew up in Sugar Land, TX and attended Strake Jesuit College Prep here in Houston. I did my undergraduate at Texas A&M and my MBA at Baylor University. After graduating from Baylor, I began working in software consulting. In 2014, I moved to BBVA Compass to work in their Global Sponsorships division. During my time at the bank, I was fortunate to work on large scale global sporting events, including NBA All Star, alongside some of the most famous athletes in the world, such as James Harden and Kevin Durant. This experience taught me the importance of treating everyone with the same level of respect no matter how large, or small, in stature they are to the world. I left the bank in 2018 to pursue my dream of entrepreneurship and currently own a small business in the Houston-area.

Real estate was always where I wanted to end up working in. I’m truly driven by making others happy. There is no greater feeling in my mind than seeing the smiles on our clients’ faces when we close a transaction – yes, you can tell when someone is smiling even with a mask on! I knew that my mom and I shared the same vision and goals for our professional careers which is how The Naran Group was born.
